Editing your posts

Learn how to edit your post in the Apostle mobile app.

Every scheduled post you receive in the Apostle app Inbox can be edited to your own tone of voice and personal style. This means that you are always in full control of your own accounts and that you decide which posts to share and in what way. Please note that there is a difference between personal page posts and company page posts. 

How does it work for personal page posts?

  • Open the Inbox in the Apostle app.
  • Search for the post that you want to share. (If you have no posts available in your Inbox, please contact your Social Master to schedule a post for you.) 
  • Select Share and a new screen will open.
  • Select the Edit button and make your changes in the text box that appears. (If you can’t find the Edit button, scroll down to the bottom of the page.)
  • Select Save and your edited post will appear in the app.
  • Now select the platform of your choice and share your edited post.

Company pages

  • Open the Inbox in the Apostle app.
  • Search for the post that you want to share. (If you have no posts available in your Inbox, please contact your Social Master to schedule a post for you.) 
  • Select Edit and make your changes in the text box that appears.
  • Select Save after editing your post and your changes will appear.
  • Select Accept and the post will be posted to your company page (NB: Always check the scheduled time to see when your post will be online). 

Please note: We recommend always editing the scheduled posts to your own tone of voice. This ensures authenticity and increases your online engagement.
